Portneuf Valley Farmers Market

Fun not as many vendors as there once was. Sometimes you can find fairly priced stuff, its definitely getting more expensive.

I love supporting my local community however this place is so overpriced. The vendors are very nice and welcoming. I would like to sell my wares here because I make some killer salsas however $100 every Saturday plus 6% of the total earnings for that day is outrageous for a small business just getting started. They should be ashamed of this because the farmers market is for the community and for us to support one another but charging that much every Saturday is price gouging. If it was $100 per month and then a small percentage of sales that day; its way more doable. Very disappointed with the outrageous fees these poor vendors have to pay. No wonder why I couldn't find some of the vendors I like. They can't afford it!

Went for freeze dried candy (which was great) and ended up staying to watch the ladies sing in the courtyard for several songs. The atomic chip company also has some AWESOME stuff to try!
